The city government of Manila, led by Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna, Deputy Mayor Yul Servo, Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW) Director Re Fugoso and Board Member Pamela Fugoso, provided financial assistance of P10,000 for each family burned in P. Guevarra St. , Sta. Cruz, Manila. In addition to financial assistance, the victims also received assistance with cleaning equipment and food packages provided by the Mayor’s Office.
